VICKERS威格士電磁閥(又是安全閥)的主閥按配合形式不同可分為三級同心、二級同心和滑閥式三類.其中滑閥式結構工作壓力低,控制壓力精度不高;三級同心結構雖成熟,目前應用較廣,但與二級同心式比較,不及二級同心式動作靈敏,規格相同,行程相同時,二級同心結構的通油能力遠大于三級同心結構;VICKERS威格士電磁閥和安全閥為一體,組成先導式壓力閥,該閥即是卸荷閥又是安全閥,有時又是溢流閥.卸荷時其控制油道貫穿各路向閥,同前述卸荷油道.當各路向閥于中立位置時,卸荷閥的控制貫穿各路向閥并與油箱連通.卸荷時,大部分油液卸荷,通道短,壓力損失低.任一路閥向工作,便切斷控制油道,油源來油就從向閥進入執行元件工作,其工作壓力大小由導閥控制.此時系統壓力為導閥調整壓力.該種卸荷方式,即使向閥路數增加,只是控制油道增加,卸荷壓力增加不大,始終保持較低卸荷壓力,此種卸荷方式多用于手動向閥,卸荷可靠.訂購VICKERS威格士電磁閥!
